Featured Projects
The AC in this condo in Pirate’s Cove failed in the middle of summer with rental guests in. The maintenance team put window units in the windows for the guests. These particular condos have the outdoor units located on the roof. After we got approval from the owner to replace the system we had the equipment, had coordinated with the crane company and got the job done in two days. This made the guests, property management company and the homeowner very happy!
Some equipment replacement jobs are more complicated than others. This is why it is imperative that you have a qualified licensed company to replace your system to ensure quality installation, proper permitting, extended life, proper function, and valid warranties.
This family’s home suffered extensive fire damage after a lightning strike. We partnered with the restoration company and fully replaced the HVAC systems and distribution ductwork systems in the home. We provided all necessary documentation for the insurance company and worked within their guidelines for the homeowner’s insurance claim.
We were able to keep the restoration contractor ahead of schedule and provided a quality installation for the homeowner. We signed off on all permits for the restoration contractor and passed all inspections. We continue to work with this restoration contractor today and the homeowner is now one of our preventative maintenance customers.
